Extraordinary delayed delivery & poor packaging of Potting soil & cocopeat

I had placed order on you on 16th August 2026 for delivery of pesticides, flower pot stands, cocopeat & potting soil. These items got delivered to me in different lots spread over 12 days, and that too after lot of follow-ups. The service of your delivery agency- Expressbee, is more than pathetic as all the deliveries made by them were made in late evening hours, while as per the delivery messages sent by them from time to time, their representatives were used to be out for delivery in the morning itself. On top of it, the mobile number mentioned in theim SMS sent by them was non-responsive all the time, adding to my frustration with delivery process. Please look into & sort out this issue on urgent basis, as otherwise you may loose customers
