Step 2: Care for Your Plant

Follow the comprehensive care guidelines provided with your plant. These instructions are designed to help your plant thrive in its new environment.

Step 3: Monitor and Love Your Plant

If your plant encounters issues:

  • Claims can be submitted after 15 days and before 45 days from the date of purchase.
  • This time frame ensures that you’ve given the plant enough time to adjust and grow under your care.

Step 4: Submit Your Claim

To file a claim:

  • Provide your order ID, Email/Zip/Phone, and, date of purchase.
  • Share clear photos of the plant’s condition, the potting soil, and its environment.
  • Please Write a brief explanation of the issue for our team to assess.

Step 5: Enjoy the Solution

Our experts will review your claim within 5–7 business days. Once approved, you can choose between:

  • A replacement plant will be delivered to your doorstep.
  • Store credit is equivalent to the plant’s value for your next purchase.
